Behavioral Therapist
Now hiring in: San Diego, CA; Murrieta, CA; Phoenix, AZ
We’re seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists to work with children diagnosed with autism, helping them develop communication, self-regulation, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work alongside BCBA clinical supervisors who provide regular guidance and support to ensure your success. No prior experience required! We will provide you with all of the necessary training to get credentialed.

At Communication Lab, we take a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to support neurodivergent individuals and their families. We’re looking for compassionate BCBAs to develop and oversee individualized, client-led programs that prioritize autonomy, play, and meaningful progress. This role involves mentoring therapists, collaborating with families, and ensuring ethical, trauma-informed care. Requirements include at least two years of professional experience working with individuals with autism and a current BCBA certification.
