Behavioral Therapist
Now hiring in: San Diego, CA; Murrieta, CA; Phoenix, AZ
We’re seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists to work with children diagnosed with autism, helping them develop communication, self-regulation, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work alongside BCBA clinical supervisors who provide regular guidance and support to ensure your success. No prior experience required! We will provide you with all of the necessary training to get credentialed.

💰 Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and education)

Lead Behavior Therapist
Communication Lab offers an appointed Lead Behavior Technician role focused on providing high-quality, client-centered ABA services while mentoring and supporting new Behavior Technicians. Lead BTs also serve as ambassadors of Communication Lab’s culture and standard of care. In addition, this role involves working closely with BCBAs in the development of intervention programs and treatment fidelity.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience

RBT certification required

Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and intervention strategies

Experience mentoring or training Behavior Technicians (preferred)

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Experience working with a broad range of clients and clinical settings

At Communication Lab, we take a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to support neurodivergent individuals and their families. We’re looking for compassionate BCBAs to develop and oversee individualized, client-led programs that prioritize autonomy, play, and meaningful progress. This role involves mentoring therapists, collaborating with families, and ensuring ethical, trauma-informed care. Requirements include at least two years of professional experience working with individuals with autism and a current BCBA certification. BCBA Candidate Program | Communication Lab
The BCBA Candidate Program at Communication Lab supports master’s-level students currently pursuing BCBA certification while working as an RBT on our team. This program goes beyond standard supervision hours, offering hands-on clinical experience, structured mentorship, and comprehensive training to prepare confident, adaptive and talented BCBAs.
